Good food for a decent price. I'm a fan of their fajitas, in particular. The few times I've eaten here, the service was always great, portion size decent. I've eaten here several times and have never had a problem like is described in the other reviews. It's never been filthy or dirty, as some have said. And personally, I think if you're ordering cheese fries and then driving for an hour (St. Maries is about an hour from Cd'A) you kind of have to expect hard, dry cheese, as one of the other reviews stated. (Not to mention, why would someone order to-go and not bother to check through that order before embarking on an hour-long drive? Even from places I've never had a mix-up with before, I still verify before pulling out of the parking lot.) It's not bad, it's not great, it's Chili's, a run-of-the-mill chain restaurant.

Poor vegetarian options. Dirty. Food was mediocre. Onion rings were too flimsy and greasy. Black bean burger substitute was decent but nothing amazing. Wouldn't come here again.

We ordered three salads and a burger. My son said the burger was good. There was a hair in the Caesar that was made mostly of romaine stalks. The other two salads had an iceberg mix that was anything but crisp. When we informed the server he became defensive and told us that when they add dressing to the salads the lettuce wilts a little. The manager was a little better. They didn't charge for the salads, but we still won't be back!

I've eaten at Chilis many times. This was my first visit to this location. I had the Caribbean Salad with Shrimp. My husband ordered a burger with potato wedges. The server offered to replace the wedges if he didn't like them, but he didn't need that. The berry margarita was very good, but if you order the virgin one, beware of the sweetness. The service was prompt and friendly. The pay at the table computer option is handy.

This was the first time we experienced a chili's.we are from outta state. We arrived 30 mind before closing we sat in the bar. Our server was Caleb, even though he was still cleaning for closing we had a good conversation. When the food was taking a bit he went to find out what was going on. Next thing I know the manager was delivering our meals, apologies for the time.since part of my meal wasn't ready they gave us a discount. Are experience there was great thank you..

This restaurant is a disgrace!! STAY AWAY!! We are from out of state visiting family in CDA, and stopped by to pick up an order To-Go. We put our order in online, then went to pick up. We got back in the car and drove off... Later when we got back to our family's cabin in St. Maries, we opened up the food to find TINY portions. I always order their Cajun chicken pasta, and was shocked to see such a measly amount of food. Chilis To-Go has never given me so little, and I've ordered at various locations in multiple states. I also had order extra bread, they didn't put any in. My pasta with extra bread was $13. I'd say I got a quarter of a typical plate of their pasta, and one slice of burnt garlic bread. Next, we ordered loaded potato skins for $10! Guess how many they included? 5! 5 little potato skins that looked like some left overs they didn't want to serve to someone eating in the restaurant because they'd be sent back and the customers grossed out. I've attached a picture of those lovely little potato skins we wasted our money on. The only decent thing we got was an order of Texas Cheese Fries, but the cheese was all dry and hard. They gave us a lot... But it was a lot of hard cheese and dry fries. We will be calling this restaurant to complain and send them the pictures of the food we got. Totally unacceptable. We paid over $40 total for everything, I could've gotten better food elsewhere for way less.

Just your regular Chili's really, nothing special and certainly not gourmet food! But when you have a little hangover going or you're just in the mood for good junk food, Chili's can provide. The chips and queso are deliciously bad for you, little slider burgers and texas cheese fries, yum. Other than that, place was clean, wait staff was very nice, food was prompt and hot.

When I arrived I had to wait 10 minutes to be seated since the hostess was chit chatting with other employees. Once seated I yet again had to wait for our server to show up. The worst part was all our food was cold and we were forced to ask for them to warm it up. Overall food took forever, was cold and the customer service was lacking. Will not come here again, and will drive the 20 miles into Spokane next time.

Service was slow and seemed understaffed. Food was ok, but was expensive for what you recieved. I did eat there for lunch, but with such an experience, I doubt we'll ever be back to try other menu items. I would recommend staying away.

Came here for my son's birthday and was pleasantly surprised. We all had burgers, I had the turkey burger which was delicious!! Prices were reasonable and service was good..not fine dining for sure, but if you want a step up from fast food and need to accommodate a hungry family this is a great place to go!!

There needs to be a less than one star for this Chili's! We had been frequent diners at this restaurant for many years, but within the last year or so, this is the third time the service and food were unacceptable. We were served bad (as in rancid!) Meat and the bun on a burger was wet and soggy, and not just from steam or the mustard, it was wet! Neither being edible, our server curtly said she would get the manager. When he came to our table, he acted like it was an inconvenience. He offered to replace what we couldn't stomach eating, but since this was now the third time we were served bad food, we declined as we no longer trusted what we would get. Don't waste your time or money here, we sure won't again! The burgers we got at Paul Bunyan on the way home were far better than what we got served here!
